We Honor Veterans
Envision Hospice has partnered with the We Honor Veterans {link to WHV website} program. We Honor Veterans is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization {link to NHPCO website} in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs {link to VA website}. This program focuses on respectful inquiry, compassionate listening, and grateful acknowledgement. Through this program, community providers just like Envision Hospice, learn how to recognize the unique needs of America’s veterans, learn how to accompany and guide them through their life stories towards a more peaceful life ending.
