Nate was amazing. In her finals days/hours we decided to move her out of her retirement home and bring her home to be surrounded by family while she passed. He moved mountains to transport her home. The director helped make this happen along with Nate. The director was was nice and understanding. The Chaplin has been so nice to call after our grandmas death to make sure the family is ok. From the initial meeting to sign with Envision to the weekly Nurse reports, quick responses from the social worker to the lovely follow up calls every week from the Chaplain. The Envision team supported the communication very well between the family and AFH owner ‘ICare Adult Family Home’ staffs. I have been very impressed with the follow-up after the death of my parent the Envision Chaplain has given, the extra recognition to check in from the other team member shas been absolutely impressive too.
